About Processsuggesting Restoration and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Processsuggesting Restoration is a referral service for homeowners. When you find water where it should not be, we help you take the next step. We connect you with independent providers in the Greater Atlanta area.

Think of us as a calm neighbor who knows who to ask.

Why We Exist

Finding water in your home is stressful. You may not know who to trust or what things should cost. Many people just start searching and hope it works out.

We wanted a simpler path. Explain what is going on, and point you to someone local.

How Matching Works

You tell us a little about the problem. That might be a leak, a storm, or a flooded lower level. Then we point you to a local provider in our network who handles that kind of job.

The provider then talks with you directly. They look at the damage and give you a quote.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to be clear and honest with homeowners. That means:

  • Explaining what they see in plain words
  • Giving a written quote before work starts
  • Being upfront about timing and what could change the price
  • Treating your home with care

Providers are independent businesses. Each one sets its own prices, hours and methods.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do the work ourselves. We do not send anyone to your home. We do not set prices, and we cannot promise what a provider will find or charge.

We also do not decide what your insurance will cover. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

You pay nothing to use Processsuggesting Restoration to find a provider. Providers in the network may pay for referrals. That is how the service keeps running. You pay the provider you hire for the work, and the quote you agree to is between you and them.

Why Timing Matters

Hour by hour, water spreads into more materials. In the first day, carpet and drywall soak it up. In a day or two, mold can begin to grow. After a few days, wood and framing may need more work.

This is why we suggest you start early. Many providers can respond quickly, but availability varies.
