How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

When you reach out, you end up talking with an independent local provider. These are businesses that handle water damage in the Greater Atlanta area. They are not part of Processsuggesting Restoration. We simply help you find them.

No scripts and no pressure. You are just having a conversation about your home.

What Happens on the Call

The provider will ask a few simple questions. Expect things like:

  • Where is the water, and how much?
  • What caused it, if you know?
  • When did it start?
  • Is the water clear, or does it look dirty?

These answers help them plan. They may suggest a visit to look at the damage. Some will give a rough range by phone. A firm number usually comes after they see the space.

What to Ask a Provider

It is fine to ask questions. Good providers expect it. Here are some to try:

  • Can you give me a written quote before work begins?
  • What is included, and what might add to the price?
  • How will you dry the space, and how will you check it is dry?
  • Can you help document the damage for my insurance claim?
  • Do you carry the license and insurance your area requires?
  • When can someone come out?

Ask for it in writing. A clear quote protects you and the provider.

Typical Costs, Plainly

Prices vary by job. In the U.S., small cleanups often run a few hundred dollars. Larger jobs with extraction and drying can reach several thousand. Size, water type and how long it sat all matter. Treat these as rough ranges only, and rely on your written quote.

You Are in Control

Talking to a provider does not mean you must hire them. You can compare more than one. You can take time to read the quote. Hiring is your call.

If something feels rushed or unclear, pause and ask again.
